Default Level 2 Unit 203 4.2

Hiya, any help with this question would be greatly appreciated:
Explain why it is important to reassure children, young people and adults of the confidentiality of shared information including data protection, and the limits that exist for this?

hi

the resaon it is impportant to reasure child is so they dont get scared if something happens and that they feel comfertable in the setting. look at the datat protection policy of your setting, many files are kept for 7-10 years. hope this is a startting point for you, anymore help pm me xx
