answer to this may be so obvious but i am getting myself lost. I need to outline policies re. bullying and explain how they are implemented. Any suggestions welcome.

The easiest thing to do is check the policies and procedures in your nursery/school ..they should have one for bullying..hope it helpsx

thanks for replying should have said that i am a childminder i do have a behaviour policy though.
