Confused Statements that represent social model of disability and medical model?

Hi, can someone help me on Assignment 031 Task cii , identify which statements represent the social model of disability and which represent the medical model of disability.
Really stuck on this,

john can't come on the trip because he is in a wheelchair v john can come on the trip because the bus we have hired hasn't got a ramp. which one makes john the problem? that s the medical model
