Default Help... can't find this info anywhere :-(

Hi.. Question is....

What do the registering bodies' guidelines and code of conduct say you need to do , in terms of continuing personal and professional development ??

If anyone has a link to anything that may help.. it would be much appreciated :-)

ok... in the end i put...

I need to reflect on my practice and learning needs, which will help me to develop my own practice within the setting and use feedback from my colleagues to help me recognise my development needs.
I actively need to seek out opportunities to develop my knowledge, understanding, skills and practice and update training when required or needed.

Does this sound ok ??

this is asking you to identify several things firstly who are your registering body secondly what are the guidelines and thirdly what do they say about CPD it isn't asking your opinion per se. you need to demonstrate that you have engaged with the cpd requirements of your sector, done some research i would expect paraphrasing and a quote directly from the standards.
they are all here http://webarchive.nationalarchives.g.../CPD-explained

Remember level 3 is about research and demonstrating knowledge not giving your opinion unless you have already analysed and critiqued.

Who is our registering body was asked in a previous question, so i know it's not asking that..
I then had to write down how we register with Ofsted and what their requirements were for us to remain on their register...
The personal and professional development question.. What i have answered isn't my opinion.. I spent all afternoon researching this and even spoke to Ofsted themselves about it... I got the information from a CPD link.

This isn't a big question that i need to answer.. it's part of the cwdc induction booklet and it's about my role and registration.. The learning outcome is..Know what Ofsted says about your continuing Personal and professional development... But thanks for giving me feedback and commenting on my post.. i appreciate it :-)
