the eyfs states that each child should be treated as unique. each child is treated with respect for their individuality and without discrimination. i provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment so that the children are protected and free from harm with risk assessments done regularly. i make sure all paper work is correct, up to date and signed weekly by all concerned ie attendance records, accident & incident book, medication records, and all daily diaries are completed, read and signed by parents. i provide continuous play that helps physical, social and emotional well-being;toys & equipment are age appropriate and in good condition, and i involve the children in decision making for the activities that they wish to do; my husband and i have current crb checks - parents peace of mind that relevant checks habe been done. i have numerous policies and procedures in place that ensure i provide a high standard of care, and i am inspected by ofsted to check that i keep the high standards expected of me and my childminding setting. hope this helps, and good look.
