sounds silly . i need ideas for a table display. not autumn. got any please

What age group is it for? The ideas are endless so have you got any base ideas which we could help you to develop?

the children are 2 - 3 years. i wanted to do something different like a worm table something exciting

A worm table sounds fab!! you could have a large tray of soil/compost and pink worms to find - chunky wool, long balloons fastened with a small puff inside or use tied/cut pieces of pink foam sheets for play - risk assess to check suitablility, include some plant pots to collect the worms in. Make and laminate some numbered discs for them to find in the soil as well - pink and brown - 1 to 5 or 10 then a tank or farm if you have one, showing how real worms live within our soil, making it good for plants & flowers to grow in. Books for reference, photos & a visit to a composting bin/area and Wiggly woo rhyme ..
