There are a myriad of professionals all working towards children, parents and adults positive outcomes. These are the people that you work with in your own setting, the staff in other types of setting and externally where professionals within the early years sector work in goverment, health care, social care, safeguarding services, study child development and support the provision that different settings give to children and parents through books, guidance and other resources eg.

However each individual's working job description or their role and responsibilities differ and its important to see what your own job contract expects of you in contrast to what others might say as that difference helps you to call on each others skills and ensure that your duties are carried out consistenly in line with what the workplace requires.
