Hi, examples for cross infection in a setting include the potential to pass on/spread head lice, thread worm, disease & illness.

Consider the setting's policy & procedures on how & when to wash hands, store & prepare formula milk and foods, how waste is disposed of, surfaces cleaned, what protective clothing & resources are used, how toileting happens and accidents are dealt with.
