Link this to what you do in your setting eg. praise and celebration and the effect that has, reward charts and why they are used, consequences - why and how they're used and the outcomes/what happens when they are and aren't used.

Big Bang Theory viewer there's one episode that shows attempts at behaviour modification, positive & negative reinforcement in action on adults.
There's also good underpinning knowledge in the
first theorist book by practical preschool on amazon if you've access to a copy.
