Basically I am a fish out of water.
Have been working on the NVQ3 Diploma since February and due to finish January, Due to a breakdown in communication it is only now that I have discovered that to complete this diploma I have to be a classroom assistant, I am not.
I work six hours a day in a junior school as a playworker ( acting supervisor) and lunchtime supervisor. Apart from not meeting the criteria the last three units I need to complete are all based on the classroom. Should I quit? Would it be pointless to carry on by blagging it?
