Hi, CAPT, child safety week website and accidents and child development booklet will help with this

Maybe you could/do plan activities that explore risk - sun, road, plants & berries, kettles, irons, hygiene? send home leaflets, let families know when the media is highlighting accidents, share how you risk assess in the setting, who you source information from, organise a safety awareness workshop and invite ideas from parents?

xx
