Hi, your tutor, assessor, a mentor, manager or other colleague that's been assigned to support and help supervise your development are all professionals this might refer to. Engage means to contact, connect or interact with them.
Can you ask your assessor if this is a criteria they'll be talking to you about during their next visit?
