Hi, welcome in xx

This criteria can be also be covered through a professional discussion with your assessor. You are looking at a setting's duty of care, its policies and procedures and issues such as concerns about poor practice - how you identify poor practice and what you would do about it. How the setting responds to allegations against staff and conducts off-site visits.

Quote from page 124 of the Cache level 3 handbook - on amazon.co.uk

Ensuring children and young people's safety and protection in the setting is an essential part of safeguarding and promoting their welfare. Every adult working in the setting must be a suitable person to work with young children, and must have been checked by the Independant Safeguarding Authority. This includes students on placements and regular volunteers.

Policies and procedures for safeguarding children and young people;
Working in an open and transparent way
Listening to children and young people
Duty of care
Whistle-blowing
Power and positions of trust
Propriety and behaviour
Physical contact
Intimate personal care
Off-site visits
Photography and video
Sharing concerns
Recording / reporting concerns

Take a look at article 6, 12, 13 and 19 of the UNICEF UNCRC summary

Consider how a setting's early years framework - in England it'll be EYFS, is underpinned and works alongside UK legislation that includes

Health and safety at work act 1974 - regulatory reform (fire safety) order 2005
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations 2002
Manual handling operations regulations 1992
Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences regulations 2013
Health and Safety (first aid) regulations 1981
Food Hygiene Regulations 2006
Food Information Regulations 2014
Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992
Data Protection Act 1998
Children Act 1989
The Children Act 2004
Childcare Act 2006
The Equality Act 2010
The Race Relations Act 2000
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001
The Children and Families Act 2014
The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice 2014
Children and Families Act 2014 / SEND code of Practice 2014
Working together to safeguard children 2013
Protection of Children act 1999

It isn't possible to upload attachments to the forum sorry but if you include the areas that your answers cover maybe we can help see gaps?

Best wishes xx
