Hi it's me again I've seen my Tutor and she was great I need to organise observations and get these finished then I'm done. I need help with the following
I have to design a leaflet informing people of the importance of promoting Equality, diversity and inclusion in school and how this can be achieved I have to include :-
1.1 Identify current legislation which I've done
1.2 Explain why it is important to promte the rights of the child in participation and removing barriers.
1.3 Describe the benefits of valuing and promoting diversity.
2.1 Explain ways in which children can experience prejudice and discrimination, example SEN children, travellers, someone new to the school. How might this impact on their learning and social development.
2.4 Give suggestions as to how we can promote anti-discrininatory practice and challenge disrimination.
3.1 What is inclusion.
3.2 Identify barriers that children might encounter.
3.3 Explain how we can promote inclusion.
