Hi I wonder if anyone can help me? I am doing a level 3 cache course for an early years diploma and am sorting out an observation for this week. However I have been asked several questions by the person observing me that I can't answer and wonder if anyone on here can instead.
The observation is on Unit 9, support attachment when working with Children in the Early years and it then says
"3.1 plan activities and settling-in programmes for children, which support attachment" but then beside it is written WT/observation on 3.2 evaluation and reflection 3.3 what do these reference numbers relate to?
I have been asked by the person doing the observation if there are criteria for 3.2 and 3.3 and I have no idea. these numbers seem to be repeated on other areas as well as different numbers used.
Any advice would be much appreciated, I have emailed my tutor but no reply so far.
