I completed my course in January and handed in my folder, i recived a letter to say i have passed the course and my cerificate will be with me very soon.

I have not recived it yet, i have called them to find out if they have got it and they said it will come it takes time. It has now been 9 weeks.

I have called CACHE and they have told me that its not been requested for i told my tutur/college and they said it has and are not sure why they are saying it.

Im getting tired of waiting now what is the hold up.
