i had a sheet from another unit (part of cyp 3.4 l.o 1.4) and on it was CAF - the CAF part has signed off my cyp 3.6 L.O 1.6 - i wrote some information on the CAF -what is it and when its used, then i wrote about how it would be used in my setting now -for that i wrote how we would advise a parent about how to get support/help for speech n language (recommend they see gp for referral) and what the S & L therapist would do. then i wrote about portage how they come into my setting to help a child who has developmental delay or behaviour issues and how they helped us to get some funding for specific equipment to buy to help the child.
