Hi, if by green you mean this book - Level 3 EYE course textbook page 223 - 224 has a development chart from 6 weeks - 8yrs that shows the expected pattern of language development and how a child's skill for literacy emerges in different stages. Page 224 expalins how important relationships are between adults and children, having 'very significant impact on speech and language'.

6wks - 6mths Cooing
9-12mths Babbling
12mths/1yr First words
12-18mths Holophrases
18-24mths Two word utterances - telegraphic speech
2-4yrs Language explosion
4-6yrs Fluency
6-8yrs Speech maturity

Use that imformation to help when you respond to AC 1.3 Wotking with others to support children's emergent literacy eg. how the setting works with parents throughout the different ages of their child - eye contact and facial expressions, encouraging story books, talking to their child, engaging in different activities.
