An example may be if you become aware of any information that will lead you getting a suspicion a child is being abused, then the confidentiality can be breached and its up to the responsible adult to pass on the information to the right professionals.
Basically if you think any child is in significant harm then you should pass on the equivalent information to those who can prevent harm.
