Default Hello please could you help me with these questions!

Unit 22: Work with the families of children and young people in residential childcare.
Please any help will be much apricated.

1) How can having a child in residential childcare impact on a family’s life? How can these impacts change over time?

2) What intergenerational issues might there be with having a child in residential childcare and what tensions/impacts can this bring to the family?

3) What attitudes and approaches do you need to have to support positive relationships with families?

4) Why is it important to consider families as partners with expertise in the care of their child?

5) In what situations with families would it be necessary to advocate for the rights of the child?

6) Why is it important to have agreed roles and responsibilities for liaising with families?
