It's all about Childcare Act and Every Child Matters and the duty that we have to protect ourselves and children. Child Protection and what we would do and who we would report to. Risk assessment and what you do in your setting before a trip or activity. Ensure the child's voice is heard and what we would do if a child expressed a concern to you. Look at your policies and how you have to comply to legislation.
