Hi my optional assignment is lead & manage a community based setting, I already work in one, but I really need some pointers on how to start this question and what I need to put.

Create a Letter to encourage your current parents to volunteer to become the chair person.
Please include:
• Benefits of being on a committee
• (transferable work-skills, CV, setting legally required, have an input to the running of the pre school….)
• Describe all roles of the committee.
• Sources of information to explain about committees ( add website hyperlinks)
• Add an account about your procedures to recruit a new chair person.
