Hi, your setting will be working with other agencies even if those agencies aren't regular visitors to the setting.

Can you ask a colleague or setting lead to find out where the behavioural officer came from? and then also who they would contact from your local safeguarding children's board if they wanted to organise training?

Do speech therapists ever call in to help the setting?
Social sevices?
Health visitor?

Ofsted whilst they are an inspectorate are also an organisation your setting works in partnership with to ensure everyone is able to work safely with the children, families and each other - they provide a whistle blower service and poster for parents
