Default anticipating the needs of others - playwork

Hi, welcome to the site, anticipating the needs of colleagues in a team is important for supporting them, responding to conflict and ensuring each individual feels comfortable in contributing their ideas, views and experiences. Anticipating the needs of children and young people is important for planning purposes. Page 203+ of this level 3 handbook looks at working with colleagues in a team, search the preview for 'PW11 work with colleagues'

Anticipating the needs of children using your service means you're able to organise the environment so that children's various types of play are supported, and it ensures resources such as food, drink, transport, art and craft supplies, equipment are available and everything is accessible.

Page 215 of this level 3 handbook explains why anticipation is important search inside the preview for 'anticipate'
