any assessments carried out by a TA are then given to the teacher for them to adapt the learning to suit the needs of the child.
All the work i do with children I am making notes about how the children respond to the work given ie what level of support they need if any. How they find it what they say and do i make notes which i then pass onto the teacher, if a child is finding something really difficult i wil speak with the teacher straight away and we then adapt the activity straight away such as allowing the child to use resourses around the classroom.
