Photos can oly be taken with parental consent. where i work on the registratio forms parents are asked to tick yes or no if they are or are not willing to allow their childs picture to be taken at nursery, for newspapers, and also for the web page. some parents dont mind childrens pics being taken at nursery but are less willing to let them be taken for the local paper or website.
