Just done outcome 5.1 plan balanced meals, snacks and drinks for children in their early years, following current government guidance on nutritional needs THEN looked at 5.3. which is identify balanced meals etc.
Now I'm confused.
Could anyone please explain what the difference is. I've talked about nutrition and meals using the eatwell plate, and healthy snacks and drinks. Is this right or should I have mentioned this in 5.3. if it's wrong what do I need to write?
Please help I'm really confused.
