I went for a job interview to work in a preschool and one of the questions was;
How do you feel about child protection and safeguarding children?
Being nervous, my mind went blank
i tried to do my best but she said to me afterwards i would have got the job if i gave a more in depth answer and examples.
Just out of interest, what would you say if you was asked the same question?
