I agree with Patsy, give ACAS a call. I was furious when I read your post,:bomb: so I've been searching the internet trying to find out any information and even asked DH to ask in the office at his work - but all to no avail (unless I was an employer, which is no good!!!
) For all it's been resolved, you have lost money and had quite a bit of worry over it (on top of your other problems too!) and it's just not on!!
