how to record gathering evidence?
I am doing nvq3 ccld, train to gain. I have set out a menu with explanatory notes, my assesor wrote well done on my judgement record and told me to reference it. Do I reference it to 306 and 307 and do i record the evidence as B for written questions or E projects and assignments?
