I think I wrote something along the lines of......if you look at the data on your current children in the setting, if, for instance you live in an area with a large section of the community is an ethic minority and you have none in your setting, you need to investigate why....isyour setting in a church hall? does this put off parents from other faiths? does your advertising reflect an open to all ethos? do you use other laungages on your advertising materials? how you can ensure your not discrimating against any social groups... ect.
