you have to identify a range of policies and frameworks and current practices and explain them. a framework is the eyfs you need to talk about it and talk about how it has impacted on practice. a policy could be something like ECM which bought about the children act or something simple like the free hours. how has this affected practice? and as for an influence something like free flow play? reggio emilio?
