i think your the only one that can answer this question.
do you have any outside help?
do you have any visual aids around your setting?
do you have any training in communicating (courses attended)?
what would you do if you had a child with communication difficulties?
do you belong to child minding organisation that may offer support?
do you feel you are doing enough (communication wise)?
you just need to find things that may need improving or maybe say if i had achild with a communication difficulty i would contact ***** (whoever would help you)
do you have any support from a SALT (speech and language Therapist) if you don't how could you?
Probably doesn't help but worth a shot
