I am really struggling to understand what to do in respect of the following task

Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interest and development opportunities

Have completed a personal development plan with agreed objectives etc but not sure what I need to produce re the above

This is the last task I have to complete in this unit so any help would be really appreciated!!!
