Hi I have just sat down to write this unit out.... spoke to my tutor the other day and was told:
2.1 is about own work role so what is layed out in your contract, what jobs u do within the setting as a level 2 will have a much different job than a level 3 or manager.
2.2 Is about the releven standards you have to work to within you role so... EYFS, Health and Safety, The principles in the EYFS, OFSTED and Child Protection.
She said it is alot that has to be written.
