To update this thread for new visitors, the CYPW level 2 handbook covers the MU 2.2 unit from page 105 onwards.

Page 119 states

Contributing to the evaluation of activities

It is important that we think about how the activities or play opportunities have helped a child or young person and whether they were suitable. In some cases, we may realise that while the activity was useful, the child did not enjoy it. We may also realise that an activity or play opportunity could be repeated or adapted as a child seemed very interested and it worked well.

Consider how you reflect on activities and the suggestions that you can make about the way they might happen again in the future.

This activity planner has space for evaluation, maybe your setting has a similar form that helps you contribute?
