Hi, I know this post was done a long time ago but I wonder if anyone could help.... I've just done this question and used the information from this thread and many other sources but have had it sent back, saying I need to "link it to my own role, experiences and professional development".... Any ideas how I could? I only volunteer in classes and obviously its the school holidays at the moment so can't speak to my class teacher for any advice either; plus I don't actually get any support from the school in my role so I'm struggling.
