I have it a brick wall I need help with 2 questions cannot seem to find anything on them. I have searched the Internet and also read through the books but nothing in there.
How can you adapt your communication to meet different needs of adults?
Identify 3 different communication needs of adults?
Explain how to manage disagreements.
Disagreements are unfortunate - but do happen. Explain how you would manage a disagreement between:
1. You and a child
2. You and a young person
3. Yourself and another adult.
