I'm very new to the forum and not entirely sure how it works but any help would be amazing. I have to write about my skills as a leader and what type of leader I am (which was all fine, according to my tutor) Now I have to say how this works in my setting, whether my chosen tools of performance management work well for me (no idea what this means!!!
) and finally, conclude on my choices and recommendations for change I think fitting??
