Create a pond of water surface beauty!
Print the
lily pad outlines to green paper or white card if painting,
marbeling, colouring with crayon, chalk or pencil. Cut out and place on a blue
watery surface.
To make the waterlily flowers, remove the rim from
white paper cups, snip down and bend out the newly made strips to create petals.
Using the base of the paper cup and trace around it onto
craft foam, card or paper and cut to fit inside. Use other materials to fill the stamen center such as
yellow playdough, beads, craft stems, glitter and, maybe add a few
wobbly eyes to the activity and see if there's a frog or two about ...
