From what I can see you need to evaluate yourself. What do you do well and why, what could you improve on and how? Look at yourself from an outside perspective or use a recent performance management session and look at the targets you discussed with your mentor, that kind of thing. Congrats on nearly finishing, and the new baby I hope you're both doing well
