Consider how you source resources for children/yp to play with, what displays are there in your setting, how positive are your and colleagues attitudes to differences and how would you ensure you continually provide a welcome environment for everyone. Do you challenge or support discrimination? What events, festivals, planning around children's interests happens for you to explore culture, countries, people, native animals, dress, food? How do you involve parents and share what happens each day? Are you part of the policy & procedures review process eg. do you offer feedback on what goes on in the setting, give suggestions to improve/adapt what goes on?
