I've just completed 507 are you referring to point 4.2? If so I talked about how I can make improvements to support children's development. We are a family support agency so I said about reviewing support plans to see if all developmental needs have been met is there room for improvement??
Talked about my exit visits with family to make observations carry out evaluations etc if anything is identified I bring up in supervision.
Also talked about the outcomes from supervision so strategies I have implemented and how and if they worked!! Not had feedback on it yet so I may be completely wrong lol but hope this helps you x
