The question you have put is question 1.3 in my book, the one I am working on is 4.1 Research the policy and guidance impacting on support services at national level and evaluate how this operates at local level.
I was thinking to write about Flying start as they offer free part time child care for deprived areas for the local level with an evaluation, I'll just need to look into the national level.
