Hi, your responses to childrens activities and what you take the lead or initiative in helps to influence what they feel about them eg. a smile and enthusiastic interest might mean childen consider an activity worth caring about, is interesting enough to take a look at, is valued by yourself and others so that that it invites perseverance.

Being a role model means you're able to encourage high expectations and support children's participation and the many potential outcomes that could be involved.

Praise & celebration - where you comment and react appropriately and extend the recognition of an achievement or accomplishment by asking others to contribute and share congratulations or maybe display works on a wall or gallery area.
Respond to questions and encourage solutions/problem solving
Show genuine interest
Use open ended questions
Condsider what words you could use to help extend children's vocabulary
Sustain a shared thinking as conversations and activities are happening or being planned.
