It is Important to design services around needs because it makes best use of the money we have,it targets the services properly, so doesn't waste time or resources. When working with Children is it always important to design a service to meet all their needs. So that they feel comfortable in their surroundings and independently develop. Each child or young person needs to be seen as “whole” in the context of his or her families, carers, school, friends and local community. This should be understood, as children and
young people grow up, their needs change. The importance of designing service around the needs of children and young people as first we need recognising that everyone is unique. We need to “understand how important and individual is”Sterans J. at al (2011/p296) , their circumstances and their background, be able to listen to what's said verbally and non verbally, be able and willing to ask questions, allow the time necessary for information to be given, for it to be understood and absorbed, organise and plan with care
and work with children and young people to share ideas and experience.
