Hi everyone!
I'm doing my NVQ 3 in playwork and getting though the missing criteria atm. But I am struggling with (PW 3.19 Work with colleagues in a playwork team). Most of the questions are about conflict, but in my setting we rarely seem to have conflict so I have very little experience with it. I have completed most but writing correctly what I mean is where I fall short
. I am going to post the criteria I need help with and if anyone can offer support I will be extremely grateful!
6.1 Summarise the types of conflict which tend to happen in teams, and how to deal with these
6.3 Summarise the types of conflict which can be dealt with personally and types of conflict which must be referred to others
6.8 Summarise organisational procedures for dealing with conflict
1.3 Respect the wishes of parents, carers and families within the limitations of agreed procedures, values and children’s rights
1.6 Handle any issues or complaints from parents and carers tactfully and in accordance with organisational procedures
