Being slated is a risk I'm aware of, a need is being meet here where support elsewhere is missing, I also have a personal drive in wanting to help others with their professional practice, regardless of the professional stage at which colleagues visit the site. The difference here is quite simply the open & hopefully more transparent way I want the forum to operate in contrast to controlling access to its content.
