Hi all i started mine 2 months ago, and at first i found the questions difficult to understand,even went home crying the one day but my tutor is very nice and goes through it all with me, i go on study days one Saturday a month, the rest is up to me to complete the set study day work, i get help from all the nice ladies on here and work colleges and even my dear mother sometimes, the internet is also a good resource think i would be lost without it.....been on the diploma for 2 months and learn so many new things already, i really enjoy doing the work and finding out new things that in time will make me more confident in my job role :)
