unless you want to manage a complete setting it is pointless AND without at least 4 yrs post L3 you haven't a chance of that sort of job in any case. i teach the L3 and they are all very experienced managers and dep managers noone without extensive experience. the L5 will not get you a job without far more experience. i would focus on gaining lots of experience, using your learning to embed your experience. rushing to a management course will achieve very little. and believe me it is for those who are really committed budgeting, fiscal planning, networking strategic planning nothing about children! save your money get some experience
